What to Expect
Walking into a Jiu-Jitsu gym for the first time can feel intimidating — we get it. Our goal is to make sure you feel welcome, safe, and supported from day one.
Classes start with a structured warm-up, followed by technical instruction, drilling, and live rounds. You’ll always know what we’re working on and have time to ask questions. New students are paired with experienced teammates who help you learn the ropes without pressure.
You don’t need to be in shape, flexible, or experienced — just ready to learn. Bring a rash guard or t-shirt, shorts (without pockets is best), and a good attitude. We’ll take care of the rest.
